# Phone Rules

1. Twitter may be used as interaction/ initiation with 3 tweets from both partys with tags "example- @johndoe " this would insinuate KOS with both party's.
2. \#VPN only hides your name of who sent the message from PD/EMS... does not hide the message or the picture from PD/EMS. And must be used at the end of the sentence to be valid.
3. Twitter is not allowed to use OOC messages.
4. To start Beef with another gang on twitter. Rule 1 applies with using @gangname. this would insinuate KOS with both gang's.
5. Posting pics on twitter of a crime such as dead body's/ drugs can be used as evidence by police if the proper use of #VPN is not applied.
6. Twitter Beef does not make a GreenZone a **KOS** EVER!!
