# Permanent Ban Offences

**Permanent Ban Offences** are Bans from **1-Month to Permanent!**

**Permanent Offence Lengths** are also at the Discretion of the **Staff Member!** - Minimum Length can vary from **1-Month to PERMANENT!**

**First Offence:** 1-Month or Permanent

\- Jails & Kicks & Fines are also being handed out **BEFORE** bans - Staff are able to use their discretion on handing out **PUNISHMENTS**

* Staff **DO NOT** have to follow this, it is **MERELY** a guideline!
