# Exploiting Offences

**Exploiting Offence Lengths** are also at the Discretion of the **Staff Member!** - Minimum Length can vary from **Fines, Strikes, Jail Sentence &** **Bans!**

**First Offence:** Item Gains Confiscated & Warning 

**Second Offence:** 1-Week Ban & Item Removal 

**Third Offence:** Permanent Ban 

\- Jails & Kicks & Fines are also being handed out **BEFORE** bans 

\- Staff are able to use their discretion on handing out **PUNISHMENTS**

* Staff **DO NOT** have to follow this, it is **MERELY** a guideline!
