# Evading Police

Evading Police is **ALLOWED**, however there are certain rules in place to ensure that the Quality of RP is good for all parties involved in the scenario. Make sure that you follow these and don't cop-bait either! You **MUST** use **COMMON SENSE** at **ALL TIMES** when playing on the Server!

<mark style="color:red;">**EVADING POLICE RULES & RESTRICTIONS:**</mark>

**(1)** You **CANNOT** evade for **NO RESAON!** Having a Warrant is Sufficient! Speeding **NOT!**

**(2)** You **CANNOT** have another party to interfere with the police scene at first!

**(3)** You **MUST** drive realistically at all times! **NO Major** off-roading in Super Car, or Ramping! I.E you cannot take your supercar climbing the side of the mountain and jump over the top of the mountain.

<mark style="color:red;">**POLICE DEPARTMENT RESTRICTIONS:**</mark>

**(1)** You **CANNOT** pit-maneuver a Speeding Motorcycle at high speeds must be under 50mph!

**(2)** You **MUST** follow all Traffic Laws & Drive Realistically too! **NO RAMMING** Vehicles!

**(3)** You **CANNOT** speed around for no reason with lights & sirens to loop-hole! **- EXEMPTION:** Traffic Lights are treated as Stop Signs

(4) Before a pit-maneuver can be done, 2 minutes of fair chase must be had and the commanding officer on duty must give the OK call.
